Estivo - Reserva de mesa

We booked for 6.45pm and were the first table there. Atmosphere was pleasant although the chairs weren't super comfortable and my husband got a sore neck as there were things on the wall behind our heads that he was trying to avoid hitting his head on.The waiter was a bit abrupt...seemed to almost look down his nose at us. When I was eating my mussels one by one (the way I like to eat them), he told me that it wasn't the correct way and that I should empty all the shells and put the mussels into the broth, then use one hand to spoon the mussels and the other to dip the bread. Makes sense but that's not how I like to do it! Call me ignorant but I think I should be allowed to eat the way I wan...

We were a group of 12.The service was ok.The food was not worth the price of the meals (a $250g scotch fillet was $45).Two of us ordered the "crispy pork belly" ($38) dish and it was a soggy mess when it came to the table so we had to order something else, which meant that we ate our meals after most had finished.The restaurant is trying to be a refined one, and charging very high prices but not delivering on the quality of the meals, or the quantity of the food served so,the average person would need an entree, main and a dessert!!Not impressed.

This is my second trip to Estivo, and I am yet again delighted! The service is impeccable and the food is absolute quality. I was hoping to try a main meal this time but got consumed in the entrees. The entree list is so amazing and yummy that again we ordered so many of them. I promise next time to eat a Main meal first then entree if I'm still hungry

I lived around the area & came her for dinner quiet often , small downstairs but feel warm & and welcome love their food one of the Beef Ragu Penne was beautiful my daughter had every time we here ! Easy parking great service a nice restaurant in a great area we love ❤️it ! Worth it to try out Reserva una mesa ahora

My husband and I dined at estivo for our first year wedding anniversary and I am so impressed with the service, the food and the staff. A small restaurant, cosy, the tables are decently spaced apart and just has a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you...More

A slow start waiting to be served but once we got going it was great. Flavours were excellent but the servings a little small for my liking. Ordered extra chips to compensate for small mains. Very tasty but I'd want to see more food on the plate.

So different from the refined restaurant we went to years ago. Food was average. Not impressed. Restaurant was freezing cold. Food was all served with same sauce.
