Fairview Dining Room

My wife had the filet mignon with mixed vegetables. The steak was expensive but, worth every penny. I had two specials of the day. The first was a black bean and sausage soup, very good. And the second was a baked trout. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Fairview.

"The brunch was delicious and the restaurant had a beautiful setting. The service was excellent. The only downside was that we were seated near the piano, which was a bit loud. Other than that, it was a perfect day!"

The service was excellent, but we were seated at a four-person table right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of servers, food, and customers entering, making it challenging to carry on a conversation.

Everyone at the Washington Duke is great professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our dinner was excellent and the wait staff was awesome.

I can't remember being in a restaurant with a pianist. Everything was excellent, the food, service and ambience.
