The food was excellent. The interior was a little dim, but it added to the cozy, old-fashioned feel reminiscent of The Godfather. The chili and cheese toppings were delicious. The portions were huge and the chips had a good crunch. As Texans who eat Mexican food regularly, we can say that this is good Mexican food. It's definitely worth a visit, and the location is a great break from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco.
My former neighbor and his fiance took me and my then boyfriend out to a dinner here years ago as a fun double date. I don't know what it's been like recently but back then, the food was delicious fresh with large portions and friendly attentive staff. To die for margaritas!!! I really miss this place as I've been in sacramento for the past decade but I'm glad to see it's still around and I'll definitely be back

The family-owned restaurant provides excellent service. Maria is a wonderful hostess who remembers the preferences of regular customers. Food tastes amazing, the server was very helpful as well as polite, and the decor throughout the resteraunt is beautiful. There is a divider in between the bar and the dining area. Overall, the environment is clean, yet the tables are a little sticky. Finally amazing Mexican music.
I really enjoy the cozy atmosphere inside and the unpretentious facade of the restaurant. It's lovely to see the waitstaff recognizing regulars. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including specials, salads, and combination deals. Overall, a great dining experience.
