The restaurant provided glasses and bottle openers for our use, and self-serve ice water was available. My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time the other night. We were extremely impressed. The food was excellent with some unique twists. You order at the counter and they also allow you to bring your own alcohol. In case you forget to bring your own, there is a liquor store connected to the restaurant. I had the mushroom ravioli with cream sauce and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her spaghetti as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.
My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday dinner. It was my first time dining here. She, along with her seven best friends, my husband, and I, came for lunch today. We were absolutely impressed! The service was outstanding, and there are no words to describe how wonderful everyone we encountered was. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious too. All nine of us had a great experience and enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
Not just the best Italian food I've ever had, but also the best dining experience!! Must recommend!! My family and I went to Filhos to celebrate my father's birthday. Derek and his staff were friendly, kind, funny, and so incredibly helpful!! They made sure we were well taken care of in all aspects possible, and we all walked out feeling full and satisfied. Oh, what a find. Our first visit today at lunch. Each of us had Italian Panini sandwich, and it was delicious. (Note we had assumed it would be grilled/toasted, and it was not. Next time, we 'll ask. As a bonus, we asked the young woman who took our order for a local referral for a picnic lunch. See the attached pic for the wonderful 'secret spot ' she sent us! Thank you!
Great little spot for delicious, rich, well cooked Italian food. It's call-in or order at the counter, but they'll run your food to the table inside or outside. Grab some beer or wine next door and make a night of it! (Its BYOB. Nice outside picnic tables with plenty of evening shade and umbrellas. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We'll continue to go back!
Tried Filho is for the first time for lunch today and it is officially my new favorite Italian spot. The staff makes you so welcome and the food is delicious. Coming from an Italian family, I am especially with Italian dishes and the flavors in everything, especially the soup, were excellent. I'm definitely back.
a few months ago dragged to groton. filho’s was highly recommended to us. I ran to order an Italian sub, thought it was just an Italian sun shop. to mine.
