Fiorello - Piadineria artigianale

Freshly cooked piadin and tigelle, filled with very high quality Italian regional ingredients (Parma and San Daniele ham, Schmalz from Tuscany and many regional cheese). It is not a restaurant at the moment, as only long tables are available for stand-up meals. Talking to the owner, it looks like he has plans to enlarge the available space to an adjacent space where tables are placed, but for a later stage. In the current setup is a healthier and quiet alternative to other fast foods. Vegetarian options available. Typical Italian breakfast pastries, baked daily, are also served for the perfect cappuccino e brioche. The best Italian coffee (Caffè espresso) in the city.

Les piadina sont bonnes mais on se moque clairement du client ici. Acheté une piadina à 13,90fr jambon, brie, salade tomate. Je précise sans mayonnaise. Je m’aperçois en la mangeant qu’il manque l’ingrédient principal de ce plat: le fromage! Je retourne et le cuisinier me dit « ah oui j’en n’avais plus. J’ai oublié de vous le dire! » Sérieusement?!!! Donc je suis sensée payer le maximum pour manger une piadina dont il n’y a plus l’élément principal/le plus cher??Je leur demande une compensation et on me jette dédaigneusement….2fr!!!!! Non vraiment, ils se foutent de la tête du client. Je ne reviendrai plus.

The piadina are good but the customer is clearly being made fun of here. Bought a piadina for 13.90fr ham, brie, tomato salad. I specify without mayonnaise. I realize while eating it that the main ingredient of this dish is missing: cheese! I go back and the cook says to me “oh yes I didn’t have any left. I forgot to tell you! » Seriously?!!! So I'm supposed to pay the maximum to eat a piadina that no longer has the main/most expensive element?? I ask them for compensation and they disdainfully throw me away….2fr!!!!! No really, they don’t care about the customer’s head. I won't come back again.

Centrally located, this Piadineria recently it extends the evening opening hours, so it is now a viable option for a casual dinner Great choice of Piadinas and other dough-based specialties. Came on a Friday at 17:30 for their apero 15 CHF for a glass of wine and access to their buffet. It is a lot and the food options are considerable enough to get full! Friendly service and good wine.
