Firehouse Subs - Reserva de mesa

I used to go to a Firehouse Subs in Irving before I moved to the Burleson area and this was the first time I had tried this store near me. They got rid of almost all the sauces so there was only just a few to choose from. I also ordered double meat on my sandwich and they didn't give it to me. This location is just a tad further than I would want to go for a sandwich but I can't say that I will be going back considering the lack of sauces and getting my first order wrong here.Edit: I went here one more time and they got my order wrong again. This place just can't get orders right.

I ordered a 12 Turkey Bacon Ranch, half to eat right away and half to go home. It was so good I ate the entire sub and had nothing left to take home.Helpful and pleasant staff, great sandwiches and side dishes, a most unusual soda fountain with something for everyone, and you can donate to their worthy Foundation.I highly recommend Firehouse Subs.

the customer service at this location misses the brand. the employees are more interested in hunting each other than working. they look like they are uninterrupted children and I'm not really sure how to explain it. a female hired person repeatedly told a male hired “you make me uncomfortable”. large changes in management are needed.

I understand, good help is hard to find, but had 2 ladies going 5 minutes without other customers ignore in the line I was there, had to ask if I could place a job. maybe just a free day than the time I had been here before I was greeted with better service. Reserva una mesa ahora

The workers here were very friendly and got our order taken care of very quickly. I enjoy the create your own option for sandwiches for picky eaters, but my favorite is the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Try them out and you won't be disappointed!

I love this location. The team is seriously dedicated and always kind when I go. My sandwich has never been thrown together like other locations. Online order or takeout, I’ve always gotten excellent service. Thanks again y’all.

eating is good, but the service could be better. my order was missing a cookie and had pickles that I had indicated I didn't want to.
