Their Chicken and Dumplings is DEFINITELY not worth a whopping $6.00! The chicken and dumplings barely has any chicken or dumplings in it! Very basic and bland. You can go to any Aldi?s or Save-a-Lot and get a big can of Chicken and Dumpling for only $2.00 and it?s full of Both Chicken and Dumplings! To add insult to injury, They don?t even fill up the cup! My cups was HALF FULL and the cup is small already! Definitely won?t be buying their Chicken and Dumplings ever again. For the price of one of their cups you can buy 6 BIG CANS of Chicken and Dumplings at any Grocery store.
first my online order would not go through, so I went to the location and placed an order. 10 minutes later lady asked me my name and suddenly I had two water I had ordered and my online order. had to call the 188 number to cancel my order, don't know if it's canceled. Moreover, this place could be under new possession sandwiches were very low quality and my pickles with the smallest I have ever seen. To be honest, I probably won't be back to this place.
This place has always served me cold food, which is consistently wrong... as a matter of fact I have never had an order from there that was right, I have tried to order all the possibilities, I have just ordered online today and all my inquiries were on the entrance, but nothing was on every sandwich had everything on them and were cold and I got it early to pick them, so there is no excuse, my shop will NEVER WASTE
Served spoiled baked potatoe soup! After waiting 25 mins for it! Soup wasn’t even hot! The milk/cream in the soup had started to curdle! Ignorant lead cashier kept saying to the rest of the workers “the soup comes in a bag” as if it can’t spoil! I know it’s a shortage on workers but those who are working train the on customer service or hire someone with a degree in management! #florissantfhstrash!

The service was excellent. The staff welcomed you upon entry and provided clear information about the service times, allowing you to make an informed decision when placing your order. Many restaurants don't offer this level of communication, which often results in lengthy waits for food, with dishes served at different temperatures. Fantastic work, Firehouse!!!
There was only two of us that ordered it took twenty five minutes 1 sandwich. Also the person that was making the sandwich Took a tip from a customer and didn't change his gloves Also, the bathroom had no soap. Don't know what happened to this place. Used to be great when the owner was here.
skimpy af on the meat, extra 2.60 for gf brot medium sandwich pastrami and corned bark, extra cheese, no cheese on it and 1/4 sandwich had nothing on it? $50 for 2 sand, 2 chips, 2 cookies and 1/2 the sandwiches without meat. never again, that was pathetic. as a chef, it's insulting.
If you haven't tried this chain yet, it's similar to Subway, but most people would say it's more flavorful. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I ordered a gluten-free turkey with just a few vegetables, but they mistakenly added cheese, which I can't have.

I tried Fireworks Underwear for the first time today and had their Spicy Chicken Bottom. I ordered online and there was a bit of a wait to receive my order, but they made up for it by offering a free drink. The food was definitely five stars!
