Five guys is becoming ridiculous. When we walked in, the employees didn't greet us and appear to enjoy their job. They seemed like they couldn't careless. The food took too long, as it wasn't ready immediately. Every table in the place was dirty with scraps left over from probably the past 3 or 4 people that sat there. And the rest of the restaurant wasn't much cleaner. The fries, although plentiful, were mostly overcooked. And my burger was average. The music was too loud. All of this could be forgiven. BUT THEY CHARGED US DAMN NEAR $50 FOR TWO PEOPLE. And we just got a normal amount of food. This is about a four and a half star experience for $20 less. But at $50 for two people, the little...
Five Guys is one of those places you either love or dislike, and we definitely fall into the "love it" category. We appreciate the complimentary peanuts while you wait and the delicious fries. It's also a fantastic option if you’re looking for a burger that’s a step above typical fast food. This particular Five Guys was clean and well-staffed, with our food prepared quickly and all our burger orders complete. While it's fairly accessible, I do wish they would consider widening the space between the stools and the tables to improve wheelchair access. For those in wheelchairs, the only seating is at a table by the entrance, which isn’t an ideal spot.
I am Muslim. I entered the store wearing my Muslim headgear. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with no bacon what did I find inside my cheeseburger???? Bacon in my entire 25 years, I have never taken a bite of bacon. I took a bite of my burger and when it tasted funny, I opened it up saw bacon inside the burger the burger was remade but it destroyed my appetite This is unacceptable! I hope I can contact somebody about this I have had excellent experiences at this five guy before, but this was something I’ve never experienced. I am still angry about this event
If you like good burgers then you'll like Five Guys. They have delicious and customizable burgers. Never have had a bad burger from Five Guys. Be careful when ordering fries though because you'll get much more than you anticipated! So many fries!
