Dining experience was great! There was a young man that was almost skipping around the dining room as he took care of guests, had a big smile on his face and was just so full of life! Wish we knew his name. We loved his energy and wanted to mention him. Everyone else was also welcoming and helpful. I must say, however, the mimosas and shrimp cocktails are a sly trick! They are paraded around the dining room and offered to dining guests. It makes you think they’re included in your dining option, just like the honey cheese or mashed potatoes and polenta fries and all the meat cuts that are offered. This is the second time we requested a table that would accommodate a wheel chair that we wouldn’t be in the way or getting slammed into. My mom several times was slammed by the staff as they were coming through even tho there was a good amount of room. The food and service was amazing but i wish there was a better way to accommodate handicapped guests so they too can enjoy the meal without feeling in the way and getting slammed. Its unfortunate.
Food quality was excellent! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was Great, everyone was very attentive, Nicolas was very accommodating and helpful. The only miss was when a couple of items ran out on the Market Bar, they were not replaced and it was still early.
Our waitress was also busy attending to a larger group and focused on assisting them. We didn't receive refills on our water because of the extended wait time.
