Fratelli Fresh - Reserva de mesa

The food at Fratelli's is amazing, but the service we experienced at our last dinner here was uncomfortable. We spent the night listening to a waiter complain about foreign customers. We also heard him  tell them that if they wanted 'fast food' they should have gone to Macca's.  Though there was a language barrier - this type of service is uncalled for. This unprofessional service was so unpleasant to witness.  I do love this food, but maybe not at this franchisee.

I was there for Fratelli friends today. The food was very pleasant, the staff are personable and the atmosphere one of pleasure and joy. Highly recommended. I have been going here regularly for a long time and always have an amazing time. Thank you to the staff at Alexandria Fratelli Fresh!

Yo estaba allí para amigos fratelli hoy. La comida era muy agradable, el personal es personal y el ambiente de un placer y alegría. Muy recomendable. He ido aquí por mucho tiempo y siempre tengo un tiempo increíble. Muchas gracias al personal de Alexandria Fratelli Fresh! Reserva una mesa ahora

Llegó a la cena de mi cumpleaños y la comida de banquete ordenada. La comida en sí está bien, pero el servicio al cliente tiene que mejorar. La mayoría de las veces no podemos intentar una camarera, si necesitamos algo. Volverá, pero evitará el viernes por la noche!

Uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, donde tiendo a Pasta o Pizza. Estaban en algunas de sus ramas, personalmente, me gusta el Macquarie St y Alejandría. El servicio es siempre de primera clase. ¡Este calabacín frito con queso es un pedido obligatorio!

Came here for my birthday dinner and ordered banquet meal. The food itself is ok but the customer service needs to improve. Most of time, we can't get waitress/waiter's attention when we need something. Will go back again but avoiding Friday night!

One of my favourite restaurants to go to if I'm craving for pasta or pizzas. Been to a few of their branches, personally I like the ones on Macquarie St and Alexandria. Service is always top notch. That fried zucchini with cheese is a must-order! Reserva una mesa ahora

ordered overpriced pizza & pasta,waited an hour & only received 1 of 3 meals paid  for,not cool  .I don't care how good you rep is,if you can't even get the orders right,don't bother
