Absolutely delicious! The flavours are super well-balanced – a perfect mix of sour, sweet, spicy, and numbing. It’s not overwhelmingly salty or spicy, but instead has that rich, bold taste that reminds me of authentic Northeastern Chinese street food. The sesame sauce adds a creamy kick that ties everything together. Everything was mixed so evenly that every bite was full of flavour.
