Terrible. When I called for pick up I was informed I had to be there in 15 minutes because they were closing. I ordered the Kani salad and a shrimp tempura roll. The Kani salad was about a tablespoon of crab over a regular salad. I never had it like that before, and it was so so. The roll was horrible. It tasted like rancid oil, and it was chewy. Obviously they haven't changed the oil in they fryer for a long time, and they have me a roll that was old. I know they were closing, but if you can't give me fresh food because you are closing just day you can't fulfill my order. Never again.
I have been going to Fuki Sushi for many years and have to say they are the best in Bergen County. Yong is a Master Sushi Chef. The presentation and freshness of the Sushi was superb. High quality Fish as well as large portions. A friend and I went last night and it was amazing we ordered so much Sushi and ate it all. Very flavorful and satisfying. So if you have been trying other Sushi restaurants and want the best try Fuki Sushi you won't be disappointed.
I recently moved to the area and decided to try out this restaurant for dinner. It was a truly amazing experience. We started with a small plate of sushi, just to test it out, and after the first bite we were sold. We ended up ordering more because it was so delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The service is excellent and it's the perfect spot for a dinner outing. The price range per person falls between $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all score a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Spicy Salmon Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll.

It's going to be okay, good sushi rice. Just not as warm as I expected. It's not sushi that I got out of the refrigerator. Much better than that. But you should expect the rice to be warm when it's freshly made. Otherwise it's good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Small, local place that that serves the best sushi in Bergen County. Surprising gem. Beats every other sushi restaurant in northern NJ.
75% cucumber, 25% fish, spent $75 dollars on a small platter with what looked like rationed portions of sushi. Do not waste your money.
