Fusion is an extremely disappointing restaurant with subpar service and a menu that falls short in quality. The ingredients appeared stale, and the cleanliness was inadequate. I have no intention of returning. It is by far the worst dining experience in Melbourne.
Underwhelming experience. The katsu was soggy, the udon bland, and the teriyaki used poor-quality meat. Overall, it felt more like a cheap, mass-produced lunch than a carefully crafted dish.
