I ordered at the front counter, then walked around to pick up some snacks and drinks before checking out with my hot pastrami sandwich on Dutch bread with everything on it. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was typical of a deli market combo. When I got home and ate the sandwich, I was impressed. The Dutch bread had the perfect crisp on the outside without being too rough on the roof of my mouth, and was super fluffy on the inside. I highly recommend getting all the toppings on the sandwich as the veggies and pickles provided a nice balance to the salty pastrami. Love the food here! The customer service is great! I just have to minus a couple stars and make a suggestion of updating your yelp page so customers know when you're closed. This Labor Day yelp said you were open and allowed me to place an order just to show up for pick up and the store was closed. I had to go through the whole cancel and refund process. Most other places update when they're closed on holidays. But also I've experienced the hours on yelp and your store front also don't match up. So for the sake of a smoother ordering experience please update your hours accordingly. Thanks!
First off when i walked it here i immediately appreciated the space. #covidlife The layout was great, wide variety of candy snacks. Sweet and savory options range of drinks and waters . We were welcomed and attended quickly. I can imagine this place on a busy day but i am sure they can keep up. We were in and out quickly. My sandwich was fulfilling. I like to open my sandwiches like a gift and i got that here.. if you are looking for a deli with a great bite. Check out this gemm which is conveniently a nice walk from central park too.
Had Golden 9th Deli Market cater my daughters 3rd birthday party. The food was delivered on time and to the park! It was the best decision I made...hassle free and the sandwiches were so good people were still talking about them the rest of the week! Reliable and delicious this won't be the last time I use them to cater! If you are just looking lunch or you want to cater an event, try them you will become a regular.

My first time visiting this shop, the sandwich I ordered was missing cheese and mustard, and bacon was not edible.Also, the wait time was unsatisfactory because the don't make sandwiches individually. They take 4 or 5 orders and then start making the sandwiches.
I was excited to try this place, unfortunately the sandwich was okay, nothing special. They gave me a tiny piece of an end of a tomato and one little piece of pickle on one side of the sandwich. Pretty disappointed but the bread tasted good.
Golden 9th is our go-to choice for catering! The sandwiches always receive great reviews, and the deliveries are consistently punctual. Isaac is a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend this establishment!
The bread is fresh and delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I tried the hot ham and cheese sandwich and it was delicious.
