After all so many year I come back to Australia for both business and leisure, this is the worst Restaurant ever. They do not serve food accordingly, we came early but they served those who came after us. Added, the reason they said they serve together at the same time. We wanted to cancel one dish because it has been waited for more than 20min until we have finished all food on the table. When we asked for a bill and cancel the dish, the boss mentioned that they had served us the food and only when we asked them nicely to check then only they sent out our order. We ordered delivery as our son was not well and we didn't fancy taking him out. Did some research on TripAdvisor (ahem..) and saw that it seemed to have good reviews, so tried it. Service over the phone was friendly and the guy on the phone seemed to know the menu well. They delivered within 20 mins - fast, and were able to take credit cards.Food was awesome and the quantity was also pretty decent. Not a fancy place, just good hearty Chinese food. As a Chinese-Malaysian (tourist in Perth) and an overall foodie that's very familiar with Chinese food, I would def give this another visit if the chance arises.
Large servings for price but food is above average. I've got takeaway from here a few times and while you receive a deep container with lots of food for the price, the food is above average at best. One should head further into the city and dine at Northbridge where the food is far tastier. I hope things improve as if this restaurant is going to be a neighbourhood gem, then it's got some catching up to do to rival your local Chinese takeaway.

Went out for my boyfriends birthday. It was quiet and I did not need to make a reservation (being middle of the week). The service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. Some of the best sweet and sour pork I have ever had. I would recommend for quality service and food. We were even given a complimentary dessert for a birthday. Could not fault the restaurant.
Golden Treasure is my favourite restaurant in Perth. I travel to Perth for work & stay in a 'Four & a Half' star hotel but I prefer to eat here every night. I was there for four nights last week & ate there each night. The quality & variety of food is fabulous & the service is great. The staff are always extremely polite & helpful.
We were in Perth for unexpected extended time and booked into a hotel with no cooking facilities so eating out was the only option. We stumbled apon the Golden Treasure on Hay st. I would have to say it's the best Chinese we have ever had from here to Melbourne. Highly recommended.
Comida mediocre ... Esperó más de 45 minutos para 2 platos para llevar ... El chico mayor en el mostrador siguió diciendo que tu comida es la siguiente ... que tomó una eternidad para venir ... y la cereza en la parte superior: no había disculpas !!! Totalmente vale la pena !!!

Mediocre food...waited 45+ minutes for 2 takeaway dishes...the elder guy at the counter kept saying your food is next...which took an eternity to come...and the cherry on top: there were no apologies!!! Totally not worth it!!!
