We invited our colleague from Korea to dinner. Seoul citizen. Ordered the sea food beef BBQ sets. Wow amazing amount of foood for 4. All cooked by restaurant staff at the table. Also had fried chicken wings. Our korean born lady colleague seemed to enjoy too.Was a moderately busy week night in restuarant. Mainly couples. Really loved the steamed egg dish. Was known as Shilla and had changed owners renamed as Goong. Waitresses wore the cute Korean outfits. .They provide underground parking if you dine there which is great and a plus point for that area can be challenging to get a parking spot Nice decor. Their tables are special as the smoke when BBQing does not disperse upwards like most places but is sucked into the stove instead. Previously Shilla, the rebranding added some more class to this Korean BBQ restaurant. As reflected in the prices, quality of meats were above average. On this occasion the soy marinade was a tad too sweet, otherwise it had good flavour. The seafood pancake and fried chicken wings were excellent, however portion sizes could have been more generous for the price On this Sat night, the place was bustling and noisy. Waitresses were largely attentive. Plus point would be the location and secure free parking.

we finally made it to goong, but eating was not as exciting or authentic as we thought it would be. everything was good, nothing was particularly bad, but definitiw not the money we started with a good old Korean fried chicken and thought they were pretty average. the original teig was crispy, well seasoned, but very standard. yenny would normally go crazy for a good sweet chili sauce, but she didn't. there was an extra $2 to mix 2 aromes, so $2.75 for every little wing
New kbbq in town I think. Meat was good size. Better portion than other kbbq in town considering the price. The soup doesn't taste that good though. But all in all it was a satisfying meal. The service was great. It's in entertainment book too which makes it even better. Food 8/10 Service 9/10 Location 8/10
Nice venue and decent customer service however very average food, definitely not worth the price!! Lots of extra charges (e.g $3 for more lettuce and for our food to be cooked instead of cooking it ourselves).. Wouldn't recommend or revisit.
I've been to a lot of Asian dining places and this place was great. The menus were the best I'd ever seen because you can see exactly what you get and the service was really nice. I felt very at home, whilst being in a high decor-state

Very nice venue, very friendly and attentive Staff. I've only tried the dessert and beer. Good Korean beer on tap and the matcha panna cotta is superb. The other food I saw being eaten looked great. Good spot for a group. Thanks
