Graffiti's Italian Eatery

I have been to Graffiti’s three times. The last two times (Christmas 2016 and Easter 2017) our food (mashed potatoes, salmon) was lukewarm and we returned it to the kitchen. When food came back it was still not hot. I mentioned to the server that perhaps the heat under the pot had been turned off. Server then said that she watched the cook sauté the potatoes in a pan - don’t think the pan was even hot – otherwise the potatoes would have been hotter than they were. Use to come to this restaurant all the time. I have been here twice since the new year and on both occasions was disappointed. The first time, service was incredibly slow, took over 20 minutes for the server to come to our table to serve our first cup of coffee. The second time I went, I ordered the waffles and requested that the fruit be on the side. The fruit consisted of a few blue berries and a couple of sliced straw berries. The blueberries were not fresh and the strawberries had mold on it. When brought to the waitress' attention, all I got was sorry.The waffles are described as being crispy on the menu, however mine were soft and soggy. This was our first time back in a few years, and not surprisingly, there were some changes. The decor has been updated, and the menu is now completely different and not as extensive as it used to be. We decided on the spaghetti with meatballs and the margherita pizza. We didn't notice any garlic bread on the menu, and there was no complimentary bread brought to the table (unlike years ago, when a lovely small round loaf of bread with artichoke filling used to be complimentary, along with a dish of olives). I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I decided to give the restaurant in the lobby a try.The food selection on the menu was very limited, only after I finished eating did I realize I had more choices (not many more) on a small poster taped on the wall in the elevator.I guess that was my fault for not noticing it on my way down.Nonetheless the meal I had (chicken parmigiana) was quite good and the portion size was sufficient.I will return to eat here again however next time I'll keep my eyes open in the elevator to see if anything is posted on the walls.The server should have made be aware that there was more available than what was on their limited menu.

The overall appearance is good when you arrive but the food leaves a bit to be desired. We started with zucchini sticks and a Caesar salad Both the zucchini and the salad were very average. Our entrees were Pizza and a seafood linguini. The Pizza was not hot and was not much better than a frozen pizza. The seafood dish consisted of two scallops and two shrimp with an oil, parmesan cheese and a few spices thrown in overall disappointing. My wife ordered a drink when we arrived and they didn't have the ingredients. If you don't drink alcohol there is not much to drink other than soda pop or milk.

Good food served by friendly staff. Not a large selection for breakfast but that is not a bad thing, no issues finding something suitable. The burger on the dinner menu was quite good

I'll cut to the chase. The space itself isn't bad. But the food we ordered was awful, service was terrible, and the prices don't reflect the quality. I definitely won't be back.

conntected to the Holiday Inn and very convienient. Food is decent. They use to have a great tasting pizza but it's not on the newest menu. Meat lover is still decent.

Lovely restaurant. Nice decor. Very clean. The staff is great. Food is very good and they have lovely breakfast.

Nice atmosphere - good service - food always freshly prepared . Change menu items to introduce variety
