Ate here (Moorabbin) for the first time. Ordered online on the way, easy process. I was greeted immediately by a nice girl who was smiley. She directed me to the online order counter. Food was ready. I ate and the food was so-so. Chicken in the mini burrito bowl was burnt and this gave a burnt taste to the whole dish. Service was okay, but when staff are doing something and can’t come to the counter immediately, they should at least acknowledge the customer with a “won’t be long” or something similar. I went back to the counter for dessert and a staff member who was filling up the cheese, looked back at me waiting at the counter then continued what they were doing for the next 2 minutes and...
This is easily the most disorganised and chaotic service of any takeaway restaurant I’ve ever seen. Food from orders is left on one of two counters and packing staff hunt through and move around the items hoping to find the right parts of your order. Even when the app says your meal is ready (pre-ordered) it was 20mins later for us to be given it because they couldn’t find all the parts! And not just tonight, on other occasions as well. The counter is full of people (punters like us and delivery drivers) all trying to get the attention of a server to pick up the parts of an order. It’s worse that those horror scenes in movies where people are trying to get the last seat on an overbooked flig...
The staff consists of young individuals who seem to struggle with understanding customers' needs. The receptionist appeared to lack adequate training. When it comes to beverages, the coffee machine dispensed takeaway tea that was scalding hot, making it impossible to hold comfortably. They clearly should have used a double cup to prevent this. My partner informed the young woman about her severe allergy to coriander, explaining that it causes her face to swell, yet they still included it in her meal. Consequently, she couldn't eat it at all. I cannot recommend this place; it was quite disappointing!
Had the worst meal hereDrove 30 min to come enjoy our favourite food and walked away very disappointed.We ordered nachos with beef but the nachos was so dry and uncooked, the tomato's was old and smellyOur quesadilla was full of veg and not enough meat, the chicken was fully burned and all we could taste was burned meat.We ordered tacos but it was disgusting, as we asked for grounded beef and we got fatty shredded beef. I love the food, the nacho fries are delicious. But every time, there’s an issue with the order. If I try and order through uber, most times it takes an hour and ends up being cancelled. If I order through the drive through, they always mess up the order, and try and blame me for it, telling me I ordered wrong. The staff needs a lot more training.
Their portions are pretty small for the price their spicy beef burrito was about as spicy as a glass of milk... but that being said the food was good and theirs a good energy to the place. Personally my recommendation would be to try some place either cheaper or with bigger portions. They deffinitley overcharge on their drinks as well
