Serious. I tried it again. my fault. I ordered a Chai-Latte. I paid $5 for a chai who might have been the 12 ounces tall. so much costs a 20 ounce chai at dieucks, but whatever. I asked about him extra hot not extra foam. the chai came like a cappuccino. my chai latte' probably weighed about half an ounce and was filled with 2/3 foam when it was handed over to me. I was in a hurry and was not confident that she could regain it even though I tipped her 2 dollar on the price (before I tasted it.) when I got to the class, it might have dropped a quarter of it to go cup full of smoky hot burned milk and restless chai syrup. please train their staff....read more
what about this place?. After we read all great reviews here, we were thrilled to try. now, after we drank our lukewarm latte, who did not taste like espresso from the far away that had been spilled on the table, we sat with a 1/6 of the cup that crashed out. we were underwhelmed. at 6$ is a cup that injects 2$ coffee worth it. we have not complained, but I have worked in the past as Barista-Drice and by chance know that there is no possibility that the milk for each drink was freshly steamed to temperature or that all six dishes were drawn individually in our drinks. the clientel seems a little kooky, and not in an urban outfitters sense, in a...read more
I had been wanting to try Gypsy, and I had the chance to stop in for lunch the other day. It's a great bohemian style coffee house with lots of couches, comfortable chairs and tables and booths, with lots of nice attention to the décor and artwork to give you something interesting to see no matter where you look. The server at the counter was very friendly attentive. I had a good café Americano and the Gypsy salad which consisted of spinach and greens, avocado. chicken, slivered almonds and a great balsamic dressing. The salad was smaller than average for this type of dish, but made for a great, healthy, light lunch.

Como las casas de café van ... no está mal. Me gusta escribir en el gitano simplemente porque tiene ese tipo de ambiente. Yo y mi mejor amigo siempre vuelve a la "sala de genios". Lo llamamos porque se parece al interior de una lámpara :). Sin embargo, en cuanto a la comida, nunca me impresiona. Y no tienen leche libre de grasa. La leche entera en realidad me enferma, así que no puedo tener mucho desde aquí. Lo amo, y ordeno totalmente esto, leche de chocolate de avellanas :) Siempre los tira cuando ordenamos que :) y su espresso es bastante bueno :).
As Coffee Houses Go... Not Bad. I like to write at the Gypsy simply because it has that kind of atmosphere. Me and my best friend always go back to the "genie room". We call it that because it looks like the inside of a lamp :). However as far as food goes I am never impressed. AND they don't have fat free milk. Whole milk actually makes me sick so I can't have much from here. I do love, and totally order this, hazelnut chocolate milk :) it always throws them when we order that :) and their espresso is pretty good :).
Best cappuccino I've ever had! Also went ahead and ordered a veggie wrap--delicious! Very friendly staff, very slow service, but this is very common for a GOOD coffee shop. You can't rush perfection. Pricey menu. High tech receipt service, they will send it by text or email. Its like this iPad thingy and you have to sign with your finger. I did a fairly decent job at it :

Gypsy Coffee House now open in the mornings!. Starting January 3rd, Gypsy Coffee House is open at 7:00 a.m.!! Went by this morning and got a great Americano. I thought Gypsy was new but found out this morning they have been there 13 years.
