Harvey's - Reserva de mesa

The manager was rude and attempted to blame me for not being specific when I placed my order. I was overcharged and the server seemed inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing. He didn't know how to enter my loyalty card number and couldn't differentiate between gravy and BBQ sauce. I doubt the manager will care, as they never do. The restaurant was empty when I visited at 12:30, which is not surprising given the unfriendly manager and incompetent staff. I have reached out to Head Office via email, but I don't expect a response.

Honestly i felt if i was in a fine dinning restaurant, the food was great and the service was amazing, staff with great attention, fast and helpful, very understanding to their menus, and finally the manager pass by the tables to assure everything was great. I work in hospitality and i really appreciate what those people did, great job

If you want brown lettuce, the tops of the tomato, soggy sloppy buns, and a burger that's completely falling apart by all means eat here... Completely clueless customer service and a filthy location. Food looks contaminated and no gloves used. Reserva una mesa ahora

When I want to eat a hamburger outside the house, it's çhez harvey' I'm going. service is effective despite the landing. it is located in front of the zoo. Moreover, we often receive discount coupons in mail that are very advantageous.

Better than other fast food in the region, the service is professions and courteous. What impresses me is that the place is constantly being clean by the staff ! A place to stop on the way to the Zoo .

The place is clean, but the female cashier's attitude is rude. I am not a fan of how they treat customers.
