I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Although it's conveniently located just off the highway for an easy drive-thru stop, my experience was hindered by slow and somewhat unfriendly service. The food wasn't very well prepared, either; the fries were spilled in the bag, the soda tasted more like flat water than Pepsi, and the burger was a messy jumble of condiments. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant visit, and it seems that management at this location either doesn't prioritize customer service or struggles to effectively supervise their staff.

Last night, my wife and son went to Harvey's. My son ordered the crispy chicken meal, but unfortunately, the chicken patty was undercooked. My wife opted for the Original meal, took two bites, and ended up discarding the rest because the burger was cold. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality has certainly dropped. I recommend saving your money and eating elsewhere.

It's a typical experience at Harvey's. The service is decent and the food meets expectations. My main issue is the location of the garbage bins right next to the pickup window. While it's somewhat bearable from October to April, it can be quite unpleasant during warmer months due to the lingering odors while you wait for your order.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant during my first visit. The staff was incredibly courteous, and the establishment was spotless. One staff member in particular, Jaspreet Kaur, really impressed me with her great sense of humor, impeccable manners, and delightful personality. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. The Angus Burger and the Original Burger were both excellent, and the Large Onion Rings were simply perfect!
