Hildebrandt's - Reserva de mesa

After a dinner with friends, we were in the mood for some ice cream, and my friend recommended Hildebrandt. The place has a charming, nostalgic vibe, reminiscent of an old-school ice cream parlor with its classic stools. The homemade ice cream is delicious, although the service was a bit slow. We enjoyed our ice cream and had a great conversation with the staff. I highly recommend Hildebrandt as a fantastic spot to satisfy your sweet tooth after dinner!

Wow .. I?ve lived in the area for 20 years and have never actually eaten in here. I?ve had ice cream maybe once or twice which is absolutely delicious?. But the FOOD WOW , absolutely delicious and so fresh!!! What a hidden gem , I?m so happy I came here for dinner. This will be a nee favorite for sure, everything that was coming out looked great. Can?t wait to go back! Service was great and everyone was very welcoming !

What can I say about this place? Sure, it can get a bit crowded, but that's just a sign of its popularity. It has a nostalgic atmosphere, and the food is fantastic. I can't wait to sample one of their desserts! This spot really has that classic diner charm with its authentic soda fountain. I even enjoyed an egg cream with my meal. Great food, excellent service, all served up with a side of vintage vibes.

This place is the best ever! I don't even consider the menu prices there, because besides great food You great service of fantastic people please go this place before it closes for good. What a fantastic discovery from my youth! I grew up in Mineola, and this was my first visit to this restaurant. I wish I had come earlier! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and the food was excellent—especially the grilled ham and cheese with fries and the hot fudge sundae. We will definitely be coming back!

While I never ate the food here, the ice alone deserves a 10-/5-star rating. The ice cream and whipped cream are homemade while the hot fudge is thick and fresh. Quite simply, it's delicious and stacks up against any competitor I was.

Very friendly and cozy. Delicious ice cream. Particularly enjoyed the Banana Maple Walnut flavors. So glad to bring my granddaughter to an old fashioned family business.

Great old world charm. New owners are going to do some upgrades and hopefully will add flavors to the ice-cream list. Definitely a must to experience.
