We were a group of four. The place was not crowded, but the service was very slow. Most of our party was almost finished eating before one of the omelets that was ordered was brought out and it was misplaced. The order for the Omelet was required without tomatoes, and it was written down on the order pad and confirmed twice and the Omelet had cooked tomatoes all during the Omelet. We usually get better service when we come, but this time lacked service and personnel. Make sure you pay your tab, ask for all your change back and not just the invoices. They assume that it's there to keep them as a tip that has been added to the service we have received.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was subpar. I waited an hour for a stack of pancakes, and they kept me waiting in my car for 30 minutes. When I finally decided to go inside, I had to stand there for 4 minutes before the woman at the register acknowledged me. I ended up asking three different staff members about my food. The restaurant was less than half full, and there were over five employees available. Clearly, this location needs serious customer service training. The food was mediocre, and the service was terrible. I won't be returning.
I ordered a selection of cookies and gravy, but what I received was disappointing. The small container contained only two cookies and two tiny containers of the worst gravy I've ever tasted. It was definitely not worth the wait or the price! I should have just gone to McDonald's or another place. I really wouldn't recommend getting the cookies and gravy here.
I initially tried to place a curbside order through the website, but it wouldn’t let me submit it. So, I had to call in my order instead. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited inside for almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, I took the food home to feed my family—and to my shock, I found a hair in my meal. Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered takeout from IHOP and chose a French toast combo. It included only one slice of French toast and a small spoonful of eggs. Although I don't usually visit this location, it was convenient on my way home. The service was good, and the wait time was acceptable, but the portion sizes on the menu were quite disappointing.
We were seated promptly, and the food arrived quickly. Destiny was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic—arguably the best server I've ever had, and I've dined out frequently. The food was excellent, served hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place.
Seating was quick and the service was as well, our server Chris was really attentive and made sure everything was accurate for us. Loved the lemon blueberry ricotta crepes! A perfect portion that didn?t leave you bloated, but just enough to satisfy.

My daughter loves IHOP. Every state that we travel to, we have to find an IHOP. This IHOP was in a ghetto area, but the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding.
