Light service I order my time online to pick up my order was 11:30 am I there and a girl asked about my name I tell her my name and she tells me my pickup was until 11:45 am and that it was progoing to be a few minutes too late.... I tell her my email says pickup time 11:30 and she tells me that I was wrong, so I went out to go my phone to show her my email that she literally felt stupid because she kept telling me that I was wrong and she called the manager at 11:40, I told the manager what was going on, he asked about my name and he found my order ready... I would probably never return there and is a shame because is only 5 minutes walk from my house
I first want to say that I appreciate Jazmin she was very sweet and attentive to me and mine! That is why I am giving 4 stars. I had the country breakfast bowl, and it was exactly what I expected, then especially feeling : my beautiful bride had the T bone steak breakfast, eggs were done perfect, but the steak.. no good. It was tough overcooked and under season oh, and a hash browns were also under cook. Everyone else had pancakes, and of course you can never go wrong with ordering fluffy pancakes from IHOP. Again special shout out to the service, but the food, they need to step up their game again.
I've been here for years... Today, however, was somewhat more pleasant. My waitress was there, I think the new manager was also, he saw me look around and immediately he asked if I needed something. I make a weight loss challenge that makes it difficult to eat, but the new items were great! Had egg white omelet, with spinach and mushrooms with one side of protein powder. With my decision to come to IHOP, satisfied.
Much customer service. If a waitress gives a toddler a large plate to put on table, she must be new or not think and also forget to check on us until she has given up the bill. No way. Just terrible service. I wasn't impressed with food either. I'm going back to Denny's in Pasadena.
