Ihop - Reserva de mesa

I ordered online for our Saturday brunch and made my way to pick it up curbside. Followed the instructions on the text and let them know I had arrived. Website said that my food was on the way...20 minutes later still nothing. I called the number on the Pickup sign in front me (ten times) and if it wasn't a busy signal, then it just rang and rang. I finally went inside and 2 employees standing at the front looked confused that I had been sitting outside for almost 30 minutes and no one was answering the phone. The hostess said, I'm sorry it's not ringing out here. So I give them my name, they turn right around and my food was already bagged on the shelf. My thought is, if you know it's curbs...

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the service and hospitality at this restaurant. STEP was exceptional—truly some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. The food was incredible! I ordered the first omelet on the menu, the chunky one, and it looked just like the picture. I also had the double pancakes, which were incredibly well-prepared and visually appealing too. A big shoutout to the chef—you did an amazing job! If you decide to visit, make sure to ask for STEP, and I hope you have the same cook as I did. Great job, I hop staff! And I can't forget to mention the hostess this evening; you all did a fantastic job!

I am going to be honest; this please is very consistent everywhere you go. The food is always good. What makes the difference is the service. This time we had the pleasure of having a wonderful person helping us. Sadly, and I apologize We do not remember the name of the person that helped us, probably Lila. What we remember is that she had an infinity tattoo, because for my wife and I it has significance. Will visit the place again and thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! I enjoyed French toast topped with bananas and strawberries, which was delicious. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. The restaurant was also very clean and filled with the delightful aroma of pancakes. One of the best IHOPs in the area! The service is excellent, and the waitresses are very friendly. Our family always feels at home when we visit. If anything isn't quite right, they go above and beyond to make it right. Carolyn is fantastic!

The service was outstanding! The food was on the pricier side, with generous portions and quick preparation. My only issue was that they offer Pepsi products instead of Coke for drinks.

The wait was ridiculously ,food was great but the wait was truly disheartening.
