We actually loved this ihop. We were there (12/30/23) Christmas decorations were still up inside and it was lovely. It wasn 't crowded during the time we went (around 7pm). I really liked how small this ihop was. I know most people dont like that but it felt homey ...The person who greeted us at the door was also our server. A reliable breakfast spot! The omelettes here are bulky and destined to satisfy one’s stomach, much same as with the pancakes! Waiter here is straight to the point and professional and the inside is clean and woodsy as one would expect off an Ihop.[Though, keep an eye when outside as, while this is NO fault of the establishment, sometimes you may see some “funny” folk wander and hang outside the premises.]Parking: Parking was reasonable and enough to fill an entire building’s of people. About as what one would expect, really.Kid-friendliness: Menu has some catering to children and the flavors are bound to hit their tongue off with their pancakes or the like! This was an impromptu visit on Christmas Eve after we picked up a dinner box at Knotts. The staff couldn't have been more cheerful! Although it was busy, our server remained unfazed and happily went over the specials and options with us. The food arrived quickly, hot, and with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
The restaurant is a nice place to enjoy a meal any day of the week. Parking is convenient in Buena Park, CA, as there are good spots available directly across from the restaurant. It's also kid-friendly, as there is ample parking and it's not typically crowded, making it easy for families with children to visit.

The food at IHOP is quite good, as expected from this chain. While the servers are a bit insistent on ensuring our satisfaction, they were very friendly. The dining area is a bit cramped with limited space to move around, but it’s still functional. The menu offers a nice variety to choose from.
This restaurant is a must-visit after a trip to Knott's Berry Farm. It's slightly smaller than some of the newer IHOP locations, hinting that it has a bit of history. The original building adds to its charm.
The staff are soooo friendly and nice here. The restaurant is clean and there are a huge amount of food choices. We ate here twice and both times the food was great.
The world's smallest pancakes are HERE! Really claustrophobic atmosphere! I don't recommend this place.... Could use a REALLY GOOD CLEANING.
