I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent order I placed at your restaurant. I ordered a Double Bonus Jack, but unfortunately, I didn't realize that there were issues with my patties. When I returned to the restaurant to address the concern, I was met with extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. This behavior is unacceptable, and I have previously encountered similar issues with some team members.

The worst part was the Thin Mint Girl Scout cookie shake. It was so watered down that by the time I finished my meal and started drinking it, it tasted like plain water. I approached the cash register and politely asked the manager if she could make me a new shake because it didn’t taste right. To my surprise, she told me it was supposed to be watery after 20 minutes. I disagreed, mentioning that I’ve had Jack-in-the-Box shakes many times before and they’ve never been watery after that time frame. When I asked for a replacement, she flatly refused to help, acting as if the money was coming out of her own pocket.

Jack In The Box might not be the best option if you're in a hurry or headed to work. I had only five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, yet it still took nearly 30 minutes to reach the window and receive my food. As a result, I ended up being late for work! However, I must say the staff was really friendly!
Jack is always great! I wish the big-headed Jack from the commercials would work the drive-thru at a different Jack in the Box once a week, at 50 locations throughout the year. It would be awesome if I could pull up to the drive-thru and he could playfully interact with my dog, barking, "ARRRF???!!!"

Not open 24 hours... never available late at night (1am-3am)... I often try to visit during my lunch break, but I always end up going to Del Taco across the street since they are open 24/7. They really need to update their hours.
Overall, the experience is decent. The staff is friendly, although some have a bit of an attitude. It can take a while just to get a simple greeting before you can even place your order.
This Jack in the Box is definitely my favorite! The service is outstanding! Every time we go through the drive-thru, the manager, Alfredo, provides five-star service.
I can only support this assessment on the tacos I got from here when the city goes through. It was fresh and delicious. It was fast.

Due to government regulations, the burgers are cooked more than necessary, while the fries are not cooked enough.
Fantastic deals and budget-friendly food. The tacos are really good!
