I grew up in Southern California and Jack in the Box was already an established fast food chain where I lived...There are several places in the Orange County area that Oklahoma did not have when I moved here in 2009.....So I was thrilled to know I would be able to get my hands on a Breakfast Jack or onion rings, sourdough burger etc.... Now if they would only come back w/ 'Fr 'ings '.....I mainly go to the Jack 's on Memorial or the one on 41st st....Each time I go there the food I order is freshly made, the fries are face melting hot which is awesome!!!.. I don 't stray too far from what I normally get but what I get is always delicious and takes me back to memories of youth, home, and frie...
This busy atmosphere was truly impressive, especially with just one manager and one staff member working on a Saturday afternoon. Tyrone, the manager, managed the drive-thru, attended the front counter, and even helped in the kitchen. He's absolutely amazing! Service: 5/5
Service was exceptionally slow. Twenty minutes to get quick food in an empty franchise is quite ridiculous. And for some reason, my burger tasted like he had been soaked in fish sauce. The worst lunch I've ever had in 50 years to run this planet.
Decent food but the service wasn't good. First she got my order wrong then when I got my cup I was looking at it and someone had been using there there finger nail to make marks in the side of the bottom.Food: 4/5

I haven't visited Jack in six years, and I wasn't particularly impressed with the burgers. I can't really make a strong assessment since I didn't feel very invested in my experience.
Hello, I visited the Yale Jack, and they informed me that they will no longer be offering the waffle sandwich. Is this decision affecting all Jack's locations or just that one?

The restaurant is well-managed, and the staff is friendly and well-trained. I’ll definitely return!
