Friendly staff. Affordable prices. Traditional Japanese food. We visited this unsuspecting restaurant for the first time today. It is so easy to walk past but keep an eye out for it! The staff were so friendly and accommodating - we didn't just feel like customers in a shop, instead I felt like a guest. The food was made fresh and was the best I've ever tasted. I was interested in an unusual drink in the fridge (a lemonade with a glass ball in the bottle) and another staff member recommended it and taught me the special way of opening it. Le restaurant ne paye pas de mine. Il est petit et est placé sur la concurrentielle Enmore road. Pas évident de se démarquer dans ces conditions.Les serveurs sont nombreux : il semblerai que cela soit une entreprise familiale. Mais tous donnent l'impression de se tourner les pouces et de n'avoir pas grand chose à faire.Les prix sont corrects, on reste dans la gamme de prix proposée par la concurrence. La ou cela pêche, c'est au niveau de l'hygiène : conservation de la nourriture dans des petits tuperwaeres, gants sur les mains avec lesquels on se gratte le visage, etc.. Cela ne s'est pas ressenti sur la nourriture, mais on espère ne pas être malade !
Ordered Chicken Teriyaki and it really isn't that great. Not much flavour to the whole dish. Only have 3 leaves of salad ...6 to 7 thinly slices chicken breast and a load of rice. I could think of so many other better japanese places with the same price. dang.
was genuinely excited for this cus with 3.6 star...i didn't think it's that bad, but came out thinking it's 1.5 star or less.
Possible one of the worst Japanese places I have visited. I didn't realise spring rolls were Japanese. The rice was certainly not of the Japanese variety. Overpriced and not very tasty at all. Too much ginger in all the wrong places. Go here if you want to be deceived as to how real Japanese food should taste. Definitely not like this. It's obvious the chef does not care about the food.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and it's really not that great. not much taste for the whole dish. only leaves of salad cut to thin chicken breast and a last of rice. I could think of so many other better Japanese places with the same price. dang. / was really excited for these cus with star. I didn't think it was so bad, but it came out that it was star or less.
We ordered online for Japan Village. It was reasonably fast. The price was quite normal for a Japanese restaurant. The taste was more on the okay side.
Out of the dishes that we ordered, I'd pick the Salmon Teriyaki Don as the better one for the day.

Family friendly cannot go wrong Japanese food. Staff friendly and accommodating. Instead of Nigri asked for grilled salmon. No objection.
Grilled salmon was juicy and soft.
Chicken katsu was nice and came with side dishes. Refer to picture.

Consistently great Japanese food from a stands menu of bento box's, noodles and sushi rolls. Nothing terribly remarkable but cheap cheerful and beyond.
I am here at the restaurant now. The food is ****. Found hair in the udon soup. Udon is so overcook that makes the soup milky. Please do not come.
