We went for the Saturday night all you can eat menu (are you detecting a pattern here) they don't take bookings for this but we found a seat at the train with no issue. At $42.50 pp I think I only just got my money's worth although I ate cautiously, fearful of the wastage surcharge threat.It was fresh with plenty of options on the conveyor belt and realistically was always going to tick all the boxes for me given I love sushi and all you can eat options in equal measure. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and the sushi and service are consistently excellent. It is a cozy little spot tucked away near the Perth Mint. I enjoyed a solo lunch while watching the sushi being made in front of me and loaded onto the train. I highly recommend the salmon sashimi, tuna sushi, and just about anything on the menu. The seaweed is crispy and fresh, and the complimentary tea service is piping hot. They provide free real wasabi, pink ginger, and soy sauce at each station. I have returned several times and will continue to do so in the future. Keep up the great work!
Sushi at Jaws is really good and fresh! I always enjoy my visit to Jaws. I like their sushi train and attractive plating sometimes I just can’t help digging only to be shocked by the mountain of plate (which is . Their aburi salmon is amazing! And every now and then they have special sushi with unique component. <br/ <br/ Staffs are friendly and polite and you are always greeted into this ambiance ala Japanese authentic restaurant! It makes you feel you are not in Perth! Haha<br/ <br/ Price is not my friend here. But they do have happy hour and discount now and then!
Sushi tastes really good! Probably the best sushi train that I’ve tried in Perth. If you can’t find your desired sushi on the train, you could always order directly with staff and the sushi master will make you fresh sushi in front of you. (They constantly making fresh sushi in the middle surrounded by sushi train) Love their salmon sashimi!

I always enjoy the sushi here. I've been here lots of times already. The staff are always polite and helpful. I prefer to eat here after the lunch hour as it's not as crowded. There's also a happy hour special going on from Monday to Thursday between 3pm 6pm, you'll get 30% off and a free bowl of miso soup.
The restaurant offers delicious food, outstanding service, and affordable prices. They also accept the entertainment book. The sashimi is incredibly smooth and the service is efficient. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the city.
I recently tried the sushi cones at this restaurant and found them to be delicious, with the exception of the lobster cone which did not have any lobster. My favorite was the spicy chicken Karaage cone. These cones are only available for takeout.
Very friendly service and nice quaint sushi train. I found the atmosphere very family friendly. Like all jaws outlet the food was delicious and the pricing was spot on for a family of 5.

Cheap and cheerful sushi train done really well. Best sushi train I've been to in Australia by far. Delicious Udon, unatama was fantastic, packed full of flavour.
