The customer service at this restaurant is consistently poor. The staff is slow and often gives dirty looks to customers. Despite this, the taste of the food keeps me coming back. However, on the night of May 3, 2022, I was unable to order my food. I approached the counter where orders are taken, but no one was there. A manager eventually took my order from the register, but as I waited in line for my food to be prepared, the girl behind the counter began preparing other customers' orders instead of mine, even though they had arrived later. I was in a hurry, but they showed no urgency in preparing my order. I have decided not to support this establishment any longer.
This was my first time visiting this store, which has only been open a few months. It was also my first Jersey Mike's Famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which was very good, but not the spectacular experience I was expecting for the price.Service was prompt but a bit sloppy. The place has limited seating and was very clean, in front and behind the counter.Were it not for the prices, which are on average higher than the Subway stores in my area, I would try Jersey Mike's again. A lot will depend on the discounts available, as I rarely buy fast food without a coupon.
We were told the Philly Cheesesteak was delicious so we decided to try it. Wow! Probably the best cheesesteak I 've ever had. We 've been back a few times and tried the different variations they have. It 's a little far from where we live. We always say 'I wish Jersey 's Mike 's wasn 't so far ' If we lived closer we 'd probably order them once a week for dinner, haha. Go get yourself a delicious cheesesteak.
We typically frequent this specific Jersey Mike's location and have usually had good experiences. However, the past few visits have been disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen, but the quality has been consistently lacking recently. Today, we ordered two #42 giant sandwiches and discovered three strands of hair in one of them. We are hesitant to see if the next sandwich will also have hair in it.

5/5 stars! There is ample parking available at this clean and recently constructed restaurant. I recommend trying their giant-sized subs and indulging in a hearty meal. The bread is always fresh and the meat and cheese are sliced to perfection. The toppings are just right and the menu at this hoagie joint is impressive. The staff is attentive and friendly, making for a great dining experience.
I’ll never go back to subway after trying jersey mikes. The service was great-everyone was kind, helpful, and quick. I tried the #9 club supreme with a side of chipotle mayo hot sauce which was recommended by how kev eats on tiktok- such a good combo!!! The sandwiches are packed with flavor, mikes way is the best! Looking forward to trying more.

This restaurant offers three different sizes of subs that are very tasty and fresh. The place is very clean and the staff is extremely nice. Make sure to come hungry!

No veggie sandwich should cost $17 dollars for lettuce, tomato and Mayo. Giant is 3 inches bigger then foot long and charging few bucks extra for it.
I love Jersey Mike's! Staff is also friendly and welcoming, and their food is always fresh.
