First time coming to a Jimmy Johns. Sandwich was decent but nothing amazing. The service was good. I went inside to use the restroom while my daughter waited in the drive thru. The staff inside were nice. Seemed a bit over staffed with a few just standing around, but it was clean and they were friendly. Bathroom was clean as well.I'm not much of a sandwich lover and for the price it seemed a bit minimal. But it was decent.
Tried to eat dinner there tonight and were told by the employees they would not serve us because they were unboxing a truck. We did not have a vehicle to go through the drive-through so they told us they recommended we go somewhere else. Never experienced anything like it. Manager (Kaylie) agreed with the situation and also would not serve us. Maybe close the store then? It was dinner time on a Saturday night.
I have a regular Jimmy John's that I enjoy. I order from this location at least once a month, sometimes more. I have had a negative experience in the past, mainly due to an employee, but the manager resolved it and I have returned multiple times without any issues. I like to stay updated on my experiences with this place.

Ordered salt and vinegar chips with my sandwich. The chips tasted like someone dipped them in water before putting them in the bag. No taste or crunch. I thought I was losing my taste buds for a moment until I had my husband tried one as well.
The food at this restaurant is not as fresh as they claim it to be. However, the new wheat sourdough bread is delicious. It's a great spot for a quick meal, but it can be noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation.
Tried to feed a van full of kids and they refused to serve us inside because they had some boxes they were unloading. Employee literally told me to take our group of 12 somewhere else.
Always love getting my sandwiches from Jimmy John's. They are fresh and when I need a healthy and fast meal they are my to go meal.
