This restaurant is a solid option if you're seeking a good meal in the area. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other establishments in Toronto. While I knew that burgers and steak were likely the better choices, I chose the shrimp pasta for something lighter. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The shrimp were small and overcooked, and the BBQ sauce overwhelmed the pasta. On a brighter note, the root beer float was delightful and tasted just as it should. However, I have to mention that our experience was affected by frequent mix-ups with our orders and final bills throughout the evening, even though we were part of a large group.

Kelsey's provides a lackluster dining experience that differs from one location to another. The sandwich I chose was visually appealing but ended up being quite greasy. The Caesar salad included large, unappetizing root chunks. I didn't take any pictures of the burgers, but they didn't leave a memorable impression either. Overall, I would describe the quality as inconsistent. Furthermore, they don't seem to have a strong understanding of gluten-free options.

I would rate this incredible restaurant a perfect 5/5! The staff is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the seasonal ambiance is wonderful. They also host weekly events and provide daily specials, which is a fantastic perk. A big thank you to my amazing bartender, Crystal, who consistently brings a smile to my day! If you're in the vicinity, make sure to stop by—it's a place I highly recommend to everyone!

My companion and I both ordered the 8 oz Sirloin steak, requesting them to be cooked medium. One steak was cooked perfectly to medium, while the other was overcooked to well done. This Kelsey's has typically been my go-to place for takeout, but after finding a hair in my salad, I'm considering other alternatives. I understand that takeout may not always meet the standards of dining in, but this is simply unacceptable. I'm blonde, and the hair was black.
