Stop by at 8 pm to grab a bite after a very and I mean, very long day. First, they stated we had to wait 16 to 18 min. for at least 3 items we ordered ,so we comprimed since we didnt want to wait and got some other things. Why..oh why did all the chicken taste like old grease. The young lady that assisted us was very nice and clearly doing her job as she was told. However, the manager displayed a bit of frustration but did apologize.I'm not upset at either one of them, because they are working with what they have...KFC corporate you should do better. I have had this experience before a few times..desperately seeking that look and taste advertised on t.v. and it was not with those individuals...
Without a doubt, this is the best KFC around. I've been a regular customer for the past 15 years, stopping by weekly to monthly depending on my travel plans, and I live just a mile away. This KFC is, by far, the best I've ever been to. The food is consistently fresh and served promptly. While I mostly dine in, I also utilize the drive-thru and carryout services, and every time, the service is quick and the food is excellent. This location has only gotten better over the years! Thank you, Joanne, and the entire team!
I wanted to order an eight-piece chicken, but the price was outrageous—$20 for just the chicken! Instead, I opted for the eight-piece meal, which included two large sides and four biscuits. That came to $28 and some change, which felt like a better deal overall.
The service was extremely rude. I went through the drive-thru between 8:20 and 8:40 PM on February 15, 2024. The person at the window had a very unpleasant attitude, didn’t provide me with a receipt, and failed to inform me of my total.

I got the crispy chicken breast and wing meal but they didnt have wings so I got a leg. I didn't taste any of the 11 herbs and spices on my chicken. I don't know if it was a bad day but I'm probably not coming back to this location.
Parking: This is a one way drive through. If u enter from HWY 78 parking is easy. If u enter from the back lot of Goodwill parking is kinda slanted to entrance from 78 so u have to wide turn into parking spot.
If you decide to order from this store, don't order online and watch them pack your order. They added all thights to a mixed 8 piece. The chicken was not fresh, the sides were meh.
This was my first visit to a Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I found the chicken to be lacking in flavor. It felt like they forgot the Colonel's secret recipe!
