Our chicken seemed overcooked and lacked flavor, and we also didn’t receive several of the sides we ordered. When we tried to call the restaurant to report the issue, no one answered. Eventually, we managed to reach someone at the corporate office. They acknowledged our complaint and said that either the store owner or a higher manager would get in touch with us. However, it’s been several days, and we still haven’t heard back from anyone.
The outside of the restaurant has an awful smell that comes from grease and chicken. There is a lack of hygiene, and the stench is unbearable. Instead of the delightful aroma of fried chicken, it's quite the opposite—horrible and foul. They have only one bathroom, which they close for cleaning and take ages to reopen. They really need to improve their staff and overall maintenance.
Stop in at KFC CAHABA RD. WAS 10:30 in morning store was closed ask manager when they would open His reply was When he gets ready too.Its always like this when I come into this location. He had an attitude last time I drop in there. He was friendly too the two customers ahead of me. When I got up had an attitude.
Haven’t had good chicken here in a long time. Once again the chicken was not fresh, very greasy from being held so long evidently the oil has not been changed in a long time as it had that unmistakable taste of old oil. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. They honestly don’t even deserve the one star. If the goal is to make sure customers don't return, they have succeeded because I definitely won’t be.
Waited 20 minutes to get my tenders the drive thru: . **** poor lazy service. We were the only people in line and they did nothing. Store was even locked up. Wouldn’t let us in at 5:pm
I don’t know if the food is good as the couple times I’ve ordered here I show up and they are closed. No notice of closure and within open hours. Service is non existent.

Ate here for lunch today. Drive thru was no wait, staff was very pleasant to deal with. Food was Great.
