CLOSE THIS STORE DOOR! I visited the drive-thru on November 9 at 10 PM, and they were closed. The restaurant was also dirty. It really needs to be shut down. There was a guy with dreadlocks who had a bad attitude while he was mopping. I hope he can back up his tough demeanor. Overall, this location has terrible service. This restaurant is absolutely terrible, and I’m surprised it’s still in business. First, the staff closes the store early. Second, everyone, including the manager, has a terrible attitude. I had the beyond chicken nuggets. They were very greasy yuck! and over cooked. Kinda taste like the grease haven't been changed. Im very upset and disappointed because they actually launched them today. I definitely have to try another location to compare.Until than, I'm going to say the frozen ones are way better???????????
This restaurant has a significant cleanliness problem. The floors are frequently wet, and the restrooms are both unpleasant and dirty. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece family meal with corn, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the chicken made us feel a bit sick, and the rest of the food was quite dry. I won’t be returning there again.

I was disappointed to find that some items were missing from my order, and when I tried to call, the staff wouldn't answer the phone.
