Like a lot of older people I have eaten at KFC for maybe 50 years. In that time they have changed their menus quite a lot. You can still get chicken in quantity like a bucket but I've noticed their meals for one person ted to have not as much chicken as years ago and things like potatoes with gravy plus French fries where it would be healthier to substitute a salad for one of those. I got takeaways from this restaurant twice in two weeks just for convenience, but I think for the same money you can find places (certainly in Mona Vale, not that I know of in Dee Why) where you can buy a quarter chicken dinner with fries and vegetables for under A$10.
they start using paper bags for you to take the food home. i understand it's good for the environment and i support this idea completely. but there is no handle to carry the bag so if you are not driving, your hands will get sore after you walk back home. And the new double stack burger tastes terrible. way too sweet rather than chilli
Bad service, chicken is rubbish. Orders packed are wrong on occasion and just a generally stuffy experience. I would typically avoid it but kids ask for it occasionally so now we brush Dee Why and go to French's Forest in they must eat KFC
Ordered while in parking space then, went in to pickup. Easy, nice customer service. Also server was very efficient and asked the right things. 10/10 for service today

The 3-piece meal box came with only half a serving of chips, one of the chicken pieces was significantly smaller than the others, and the bun was flattened.
Best KFC I have experienced in the 8 years of food takeaway the staff are always friendly helpful and the food is cooked perfectly every time
Not exactly fine dining so you get what you expect from KFC. Not the best location for parking when its busy.
Every time to pop in and order, something is out of stock. Also, unless you ask for sauce, you don't get it.

Got literally 8 chips, and no lettuce on the zinger. Standard is getting worse each time. Wont be back.
Why do they always serve undercooked chips?? Tonight was especially bad, completely inedible
