My boyfriend and I were fortunate to be seated immediately as walk-ins, despite the small and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant! On a cloudy and somewhat windy day, we decided to grab some ramen and since we were close to The Source, it was convenient to visit this restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive and the chefs always greeted customers with a warm hello or goodbye, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Spicy Miso Ramen (regular) was a solid 9/10, just the right level of spiciness that may be a bit too much for some. The Miso Ramen (regular) was an 8/10 and the Ban Nai Bun scored a 7.5/10, although we wished there was a bit more meat in ratio to the bun. Reservations are recommended...
This was mine and and my husbands first visit to this Ramen house. It was fabulous! Everything has such a fresh taste to it, the noodles were perfect and the broth was extra tasty. The fried Goyza was the best we've had. We both had the green chili Ramen and it was to die for. On top of all this, the service was amazing! This is our new place to go for Ramen and I highly recommend to anyone that has not been or is looking for great food and great service at reasonable prices. I want to like the food. I really do. But it just tastes nothing like what I imagine ramen to be. For starters, the miso ramen is much sweeter than what I'd expect. There's a strange sweet aftertaste that doesn't sit well with me too. I normally see ramen as a salty and savory type of dish. Overall, this one reminds me of Chinese noodles. That being said, staff was friendly and quick and everything was clean so top marks there.
The food is not astounding, but not bad either. It tastes a lot more Chinese than I would normally expect from a Ramen restaurant though. The Boiled Veggie Ramen especially, is straight up a Chinese noodle dish I'm pretty sure. Their fried chicken dish/karage came in chunks the size of my palm. Not necessarily a bad thing (it tasted fine), but it did make it a bit hard to fit in my mouth.

Not the best ramen out there. The noodles tasted like overcooked instant noodles. The broth was okay at best. The chashu pork was good. This was the second time I been here. You can relax with the same taste as the Kitakata ramen shop near your home in Japan. Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the store. There is a long wait to park in front of the store.
We had the 10 Year Anniversary Wonton Ramen twice because they were so delicious. Their fried gyoza is also super good. Very authentic food. We would love to come back here.
