During the intermission of the show at Koyzina Cafe, there was a massive queue for food and drinks, but hungry guests were only offered a packet of potato crisps. The cafe wasn’t open during the busiest rush when everyone was craving something to eat. This was incredibly frustrating. In the end, we had to leave without getting anything. HOW TO FIX IT: keep Koyzina Cafe open throughout the theatre performance, have more staff serving food and drinks, introduce food trucks in the courtyard during shows, and hire a restaurant manager to oversee the bar and cafe.
