I 'll start with the good news. The donuts are excellent. Their website is atrocious. When attempting to customize a dozen donuts, scrolling can initiate a page refresh, which removes all previous selections. Attempting to see all selections in the box will leave you with a close button that removes all selections. Instead of having options to view/hide selections, they give a nice 'Start Over ' button for all the folks that like to start adding donuts and then remove them all, just in case the page refresh or box closing functionality didn 't already empty your box for you. Terrible experience. We arrived at about 6:30 PM when the hot light was on. No one was in line so we went right up to the counter to order. We waited for ten minutes and no one came to help us. Lots of cars were going through the drive-through getting helped, but no one was helping us first in line at the counter. Finally, I got the attention of the workers on the donut line and asked if I should go through the drive-through to get help, or if someone could ring us out. One of them hollered a name which sounded like Mal, but we waited three more minutes, and still no one came. So I said loudly, OK we are leaving since no one can help us. Still, no one came. A dozen donuts, an iced caramel mocha, easy peasy, right ? The girl who took my debit card was not the same one who handed it back. Why should it be exchanged between anyone but myself and one employee? That felt unsettling. They forgot my drink so I sat and waited on it. The main employee ?helping? had zero people skills, was slightly cold and was covered in hickeys. Gross, right ? (Ps, leave that relationship?being marked like territory is a huge ???? When I received my drink, the cup was not even full. I wish the missing contents of the drink I paid for were reflected in the price but they were not. I will definitely not be going back to this location. Donuts were good though ???????????
The last three times I've visited the Krispy Kreme on Hilliard-Rome Rd, the lobby has been closed. I typically buy 3 to 12 dozen donuts each time for my employees, and having to place an order at the drive-thru is extremely frustrating. It's impossible to see what they have, and dealing with a distracted attendant makes it even more challenging. I really don't understand why one employee can't work the counter during regular business hours, especially when there seem to be plenty of staff available. It seems like Dunkin' Donuts and Tim Hortons must be relishing Krispy Kreme's decline.

I LOVE Krispy Kremes. This location is fantastic because they have a comfy, trendy interior with a wide range of doughnut options. Plus, they have Krispy Kreme merchandise, too, like shirts and mugs.I purchased the Elf doughnuts—so delicious, especially the spaghetti doughnut (it 's not actually spaghetti; it 's butter cream).Plus, it 's near the airport, allowing me to bring Krispy Kremes back home to my Krispy Kremeless state.
My fiancé and I visited this place for the first time today, and it was a completely different experience from the Krispy Kreme donuts at Kroger! These donuts were fresh, hot, and practically melted in our mouths! The frozen latte was delicious, too. The service was exceptional! Jamie assisted us at the drive-thru and was incredibly patient, sweet, and provided fantastic customer service.
The donuts are good when they are fresh. But lately they have not been fresh. Also the man working through the drive thru was rude and gave me the wrong order. The customer service is horrible and should be better at there job at it. They should provide fresh donuts. I hope hillard krispy Kreme does better.
Everyone was really sweet and the Elf dozen was the best!!
