Le Soleau Villeneuve Les Béziers

We went there before the cinema sceence, we were very welcome and we started with a Christmas beer with a foie gras to share. Delicious. We were served quickly and with a smile, the atmosphere is very wood, copper, with decorations of sports equipment. We had a treat with a St Jacques risotto and a steak tartare, then a gourmet tea. The rates correspond to this type of chain.

From the reception rather unpacked by a lady distracted to hot dishes this meal was a bad experience! Like all the characteristic chefs, one of the hot dishes we've been fired noisy... it's a habit for a bad, vexed chef! The more portions are not enough... we didn't want to take the risk of a dessert or a coffee! very bad experience.

We took the discovery menu at 29.90 € The good entrance without more but the seiche was immangeable, there was like a taste of water, I didn't even eat my dish. The dessert is fine. I'm not recommending this restaurant is the last time I go. We were still offered coffee to catch the dish.

Cuisine a little refined but you have to take the menu at 28,90 euros (current price) to taste it, the à la carte dishes are expensive, it is my opinion and of course it is subjective
