L'hermine Blanche

When we are visiting the outstanding holiday apartment building we are having breakfast and dinner outside. This time we decided to try lunch at the for the winter re-opened Hermine Blanche. My wife had raviolis, I choose for the tartiflette. I had never a better tartiflette in my life. Prices incl 50cl good rhone wine just over 40 euro. Lunch mid range priced and not expensive as indicated on earlier reviews

Each year we go once or twice to Gilles the owner of Hermine Blanche and member of the Toques brulees, an association of young and promising chefs. The top chef in the wide area around Valberg. It is always a nice surprise what you get and again we had a very nice surprises. An absolute recommendation.

We had a marvelous experience at L'Hermine Blanche. The tuna fish mi-cuit was perfect and I haven't had a better Iberic porc in my life. We know the chef for several years and never ever have been disappointed. For a real gourmand treat the best restaurant in Valberg

Excellent food, something a little different. I’ve been twice now the food is excellent and the service is very friendly. When you’ve had enough of raclette and fondue this place has something a little lighter and a little different to offer. Thoroughly recommend.

nice little restaurant. very good athmosphere. Food was very good. we had a menue as motorbike group. Service perfect.
