Los Reyes Mexican - Reserva de mesa

The meal itself was fine and the cheese dip was very tasty but I did feel that service was lacking. I was hung up on on the phone multiple times. The first call wasn't answered and then the next three was someone picking up the phone then hanging it up after. Ordering was difficult due to language issues and when I had a question about a menu item I got a sigh and the man sounded annoyed I didn't just order something and I asked a question. Service is usually better but service issues can usually linger so I'm cautious about going here again.

I'm not into writing reviews . But this time I feel obligated to do so. Keep in mind that I work in the same building where los Reyes is located. I use to order food from them for our office meeting. Service has deteriorated severely. Have the owners changed ? I felt like I was a bother rather than a guest. Staff is poorly informed of not so common dishes and not helpful or pleasant. Presentation on food is horrible . I am really encouraging everyone to find a different place to go to.

The employees here are very friendly, ALWAYS. I 've been here a few times, and the service is quick and their food is GREAT! I love their Cocktail De Cameron (Mexican shrimp cocktail). It 's served in a huge stemmed glass in a well seasoned tomato basil, with avacado, cilantro, onions and jalapenos and of course SHRIMP! LOTS OF GIANT, YUMMY SHRIMP! it 's well worth the cost, and a healthy, filling option.

Waited 40 min for my steak fajitas to go, after I had been told it would be roughly 10 min. Then i get back to work and they didn't even give me any cheese dip. So I wasted 12.50 and roughly an hour and a half. The small woman they had up front taking orders is useless. Instead of making sure my order was prepared she wanted to sit and play on her phone. This 1 star is more than they deserve. All the foods were cold from our cheese dip to the chicken in my taco salad. I am 26 weeks pregnant, I cant afford to be getting food poisoning from undercooked meats. I had to rush to the bathroom and throw up. Their salsa was bland beyond belief. And they need to better train their waitresses

This is undoubtedly some of the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. I've been dining here for years, and I've always received great service. I especially enjoy the salsa and white cheese dip. The burritos and fajitas are among my favorite dishes on the menu. If you're a fan of Mexican cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love this place absolutely. This combination fajita quesadilla is delicious. I don't think I tried anything when I came here. It's probably 10 years when I first visited this restaurant. I'll be back again and again.

The food was excellent, the service was good, and there was no lengthy wait for the food. The drinks were just right. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a wonderful experience overall. Reserva una mesa ahora

The Reyes Nachos are absolutely delicious, though I'm disappointed that they no longer offer my favorite dish, Shrimp Ceviche.
