Terrible evening in this restaurant in Fribourg. The tables are way too close together. No physical card, you must log in to read a virtual card. The service is not good. Waiting 20 minutes for a bottle of wine, never receiving the bottle of water... The pizzas arrived cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Offering extras on the pizza, without indicating the price and being charged 15 francs for 3-4 truffle shavings.... abuse... We tried to complain to the waiter, who did not understand French. .. really a bad evening!
Tip Top just excellent from our reservation to the welcome as warm and pleasant as the dishes that we were able to taste which transported us to Italy… I come back to the welcome and the service people will recognize themselves, nowadays that is becoming rare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful evening on the 6th with our many requests. Thank you for your humor and your dedication. We take up residence at Luigia for our dinners and birthdays
We decided to try this place because we love Italian kitchen and after a trip in Italy we were expecting a warm welcome and authentic dishes. Unfortunately that was not the case. The pizza we ordered was a little cold and too burned and the pasta was overcooked. The taste was good so we decided not to complain because we were hungry. The service as well, very unpersonal and cold. Globally disappointed...
My friend received his dish well after the others (when almost everyone had finished) as for my dish which was a sort of black angus carpacio at 29 francs per plate with three points of black truffle as the main course on the menu. Top experience! We had dinner at 9 p.m. and it really tasted excellent. We had bruscetta, rice balls, pizza margherita and papardelle bolognese. Only the mixed salad wasn't quite as good, but we'll ignore that. : The service was very fast and also friendly. We'll be back : Thank you!
