This is a very good, mid-price range restaurant in Montreal (Laval) Canada, especially if you select the special for two at $26.00 each. I ordered the salmon and my wife ordered the ribs. Both were excellent. We also ordered one bowl of clam chowder and one Caesar salad, both of which were also excellent. Our only complaint – there was too much, and we were too full because we couldn’t stop eating! The service by the waiter was excellent, with many helpful suggestions by him during our ordering. – including the wine selection. This is the old place Blacks Steak House and where Madisons moved in long while ago.My last year a few years ago was not that great but they have improved and changed a lot.Booked with OpenTable for my group.Parking is a bit confusing and be careful it is block on north side. They should open that north side so people can enter its parking.From start to finish services was great. We were greeted and our table was ready quickly. We ask for a slow pace service to give time for two more guests to come (we were 10) and no problem starters were great and every single meal was perfectly done. no complaints from any of us and the service folks were on time and always there when we needed them.Great...

Since the restaurant opened in this location my wife and I have been regulars. We have celebrated birthdays our 25 th wedding anniversary and many more occasions. Our last visit was Valentine's Day and as usual the greeting at the door friendly and warm as was the service. The food was excellent, on this occasion we decided on filet mignon cooked to perfection and very tasty. The service was excellent and friendly as usual. We were customer of another well known steak house The Keg and I can tell you that we have switched and do not regret it. Keep up the good work. If you want to have a great experience you must try it.

This is our favorite restaurant in Laval; when we feel like eating out, this place is at the top of our list. Steaks are great, great ribs, great service, good wine list...I also tried the salmon and the tuna...both great choices and not over cooked. We have been going to this restaurant for years and the quality has always been the same i.e very high.

Service was quick, food was excellent - I really love the way they do salmon and their sauce is really delicious. We ate on the bar side which was quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Food was very good, had the Greek salad with chicken excellent. Service was excellent as well. Good drinks good food, great place to go for girls night out!

We had a small wedding celebration there and we loved it. Food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Ask for Milton or John!
