Been here a couple of times during the day and at night to get the full experience. During the day it 's quieter and has some pretty good service. At night it gets pretty packed on the weekend with live music. For me the juice isn 't really worth the squeeze here with the Irish beers (which is 90% the reason to go to an Irish bar) being 8.50-$9. During the day there are cheaper beers elsewhere to have and at night the service was lacking and it was difficult to get a drinkHaven 't had the food but open to trying. I think the real driver to come here for me was the summer of gin where the gin is about the same price a beer. 3/5 would recommend to a friend for the daytime
After having a terrible experience at our previous location, we decided to try Mary Margaret's. We were immediately impressed by our server, Karen, who we teased about her name but she took it in stride. She was not the stereotypical "Karen" at all. Our appetizers and drinks arrived promptly, even before we realized we had ordered them, which gives us high hopes for the rest of the meal.

I ordered Shepherd's pie at this restaurant, known for serving authentic Irish cuisine. However, the dish was disappointing. It seemed to be made with a recycled hamburger patty that was roughly chopped up, and topped with instant mashed potatoes. The lack of flavor left much to be desired. This dish might be better suited for a nursing home.

The atmosphere at this restaurant was fantastic as we sat outside, but the interior had a traditional Irish style. The food was delicious, the service was proper, and our food was served promptly. We have no complaints and will definitely return. We ordered a burger, tasty Reuben eggrolls, and a beer each. Keep up the good work!
Yep, definitely an Irish pub with great food. Love the wood work and will be definitely coming back to try other foods on the menu. I got there a tad early and the chef was still making the desserts from fresh so that's really good to know that it's not just some frozen stuff. Can't wait to try it. As an Englishman, I approve.
I had a great time having lunch and drinks with Patrick and Liz at Mary Margaret in downtown St. Petersburg over the weekend. It was a hidden gem! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the standout was the impressive selection of Irish whiskeys. We will definitely be returning for more.
Wow! This spot, impeccably decorated, it's perfect. The staff is great..they are real, considerate and taking pride in what they are doing. The food is amazing. Like AWESOME. Really enjoyed a spot on lamb stew, the Ruben egg rolls... OUTSTANDING. Will be back!

My favorite Irish pub in Tampa Bay and St. Pete. Rad bar, best pint of Guinness, properly poured. Great live bands.
I absolutely adore this restaurant - the music, the atmosphere, and the food are all fantastic.
