When he finally returned, it was just to refill our sodas, and he didn’t offer any updates. He often mumbled, making it hard to understand him. After waiting for about 30 minutes, our appetizers finally arrived. We finished those off, but then we continued to wait. By 7:30 PM, we were actively searching for our waiter, who had disappeared again and hadn’t even checked in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. He eventually came back with more soda refills, but he left the dirty cups and appetizer plates on the table and vanished again without saying much.

I placed a to-go order and while I was waiting, I witnessed another customer return her pizza and cheese fries because both were burned. I understand that mistakes can happen. When I finally received my order and took it home, I found that they had forgotten my sides, and my chicken was also burnt. My husband ordered a chicken bacon quesadilla, which was just okay—not worth mentioning. I called to report the burnt chicken and the missing sides, and the staff was polite and credited my meal. I'd recommend going there for drinks, but do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else beforehand.
I ordered a specific tequila, but when my drink arrived, it was a cheaper brand—not what I requested. Despite that, I was still charged for the more expensive tequila, as if they expected me not to notice. When I spoke to the bartender about it, she said she didn’t even understand why I was charged that way since they don’t carry that brand. I’m fine with changing my order, but I want the option to choose for myself, not to be taken advantage of. On the plus side, the portion sizes were good for the price. It’s a cool spot to check out, but it’s not going to be at the top of my list the next time I’m in St. Louis.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but my recent visits have made me reconsider returning. Most recently, we arrived at 8:28 PM, and were informed that the kitchen closed at 8:30 PM. When I pointed out that the website states it closes at 9 PM, the staff said the cooks decide when to close. This information should definitely be updated on the website! There were several other patrons who were enjoying drinks and intended to order food, and the servers hadn’t informed them that the kitchen was about to close either.

I typically enjoy this restaurant, but my experience tonight was disappointing in terms of both food and service. I found the lack of a designated sign for picking up takeout orders frustrating, as it caused unnecessary confusion. Unfortunately, the food was quite unappetizing. I really don’t like to say that, but it’s the truth. The cheese appeared burned, and the wrap lacked both visual appeal and texture. I hope they can improve, but I doubt I’ll return.
Arrived shortly after opening and the restaurant was still cold. The coffee was quite weak, but the server kindly brewed a new pot with more coffee. On my previous visit, this wasn’t an issue, and the server explained that the coffee machine was scheduled for maintenance. My order took a long time to arrive, though others who came in after me were served more quickly. I joked that, like the chilly room, maybe the griddle just needed some time to warm up.
I would give this place a zero if I could, but the system wouldn't allow it. The wings had barely any sauce, the mozzarella sticks lacked the cheesy pull and the cheese just came out as a solid block, leaving the batter behind. The fried pickles were excessively salty, and half of them didn’t even have pickles inside — just empty fried batter. I do not recommend this restaurant; it’s not worth the money at all.
It's always bustling when our group visits. The staff is usually friendly, and the food is delicious. However, since our group usually consists of 12-15 people, it does take some time for our meals to arrive. The orders are generally accurate and tasty, but there are occasional hiccups.

I enjoyed some drinks with my family at the restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the beer was nicely chilled.
