I placed a to-go order and while I was waiting, I witnessed another customer return her pizza and cheese fries because both were burned. I understand that mistakes can happen. When I finally received my order and took it home, I found that they had forgotten my sides, and my chicken was also burnt. My husband ordered a chicken bacon quesadilla, which was just okay—not worth mentioning. I called to report the burnt chicken and the missing sides, and the staff was polite and credited my meal. I'd recommend going there for drinks, but do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else beforehand.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, but my recent visits have made me reconsider returning. Most recently, we arrived at 8:28 PM, and were informed that the kitchen closed at 8:30 PM. When I pointed out that the website states it closes at 9 PM, the staff said the cooks decide when to close. This information should definitely be updated on the website! There were several other patrons who were enjoying drinks and intended to order food, and the servers hadn’t informed them that the kitchen was about to close either.
I typically enjoy this restaurant, but my experience tonight was disappointing in terms of both food and service. I found the lack of a designated sign for picking up takeout orders frustrating, as it caused unnecessary confusion. Unfortunately, the food was quite unappetizing. I really don’t like to say that, but it’s the truth. The cheese appeared burned, and the wrap lacked both visual appeal and texture. I hope they can improve, but I doubt I’ll return.
I would give this place a zero if I could, but the system wouldn't allow it. The wings had barely any sauce, the mozzarella sticks lacked the cheesy pull and the cheese just came out as a solid block, leaving the batter behind. The fried pickles were excessively salty, and half of them didn’t even have pickles inside — just empty fried batter. I do not recommend this restaurant; it’s not worth the money at all.

We were asked to sit in the back in the smoking section because we knew some employees from our workplace. Even after explaining that it was just the two of us, they still insisted. It was frustrating to wonder why we couldn't sit at a regular table. Who are those tables meant for? This experience reflected some really disappointing discriminatory behavior.
It's always bustling when our group visits. The staff is usually friendly, and the food is delicious. However, since our group usually consists of 12-15 people, it does take some time for our meals to arrive. The orders are generally accurate and tasty, but there are occasional hiccups.
I'm not usually a bar person, but this place definitely has that bar vibe if that's what you're after. The food was quite good overall. While my turkey melt wasn't my favorite, it was perfectly fine. However, the wings and potato boats were absolutely amazing!
The waitress was attentive and checked on us often. The prices were reasonable, and we were able to catch all the great games on TV.

The breakfast quesadilla with ham and bacon is definitely the best choice! And you can't go wrong with a mimosa to pair it!
I strongly recommend the hot honey wings paired with a side salad. The service was warm and attentive.
