The ambience at Mawa Sweets was nice, but the taste didn’t match the pricing. We visited to have samosas and jalebi but didn’t expect it to take over 40 minutes to be served. The quantity was also quite small considering the long wait. Since we placed the order over the phone, it should have been ready rather than making us wait there. They might have better options among other sweets, but I wouldn’t recommend betting on the jalebi here. The customer service vibe was also lacking, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or welcoming. Customers come looking for both great taste and a pleasant experience, especially at an Indian sweet shop, and unfortunately, this fell short. I hope this feedback...
