The woman who took our order had difficulty getting it right and had to ask us several times before she finally understood. My wife ordered a salad and specifically asked for no chicken, yet it arrived with chicken on it, which she had to remove herself. I ordered a Spud, but it was cold and tasted stale, as though it had been left out for a long time. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McAlister Deli.
The food is fantastic! I would give it 4 stars because we often pick up from here for work at least twice a week, but there are times when the food isn’t ready at the promised time, and occasionally there are mistakes with our orders. However, it’s not problematic enough for us to avoid this place like we do with some others in the area.
I don't visit this restaurant often, but when I do, the food is always delicious and served quickly. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The gentleman who cleaned the tables took great pride in his work, and it really made me smile. Overall, I definitely need to come here more frequently!

We had a lovely lunch in their outdoor area, which was very nice and well-maintained. The service was outstanding! The food was flavorful, but be sure to arrive hungry, as the portions are quite large!
The food here is outstanding, and the staff, although young, really strive to deliver great service. The restaurant has recently been renovated, and it looks amazing.
The service was friendly and fast. Tasty and filling eats with a big serving size of their great sweet tea. They have a couple of vegan friendly options as well.

It was surprisingly busy add crowded when we came to lunch before noon on a Sunday. I wish the French Dip was 1/3 bigger, but dang, that au jus is TASTY.
