Ruined McDonald’s for me forever. Not only was the manager snippy and rude to my lady when she asked for 2 of a sauce and only a quantity of 1 was on the screen. We ordered a 20 piece meal a number 7 and a chicken sandwich meal. We were given 2 unsalted fries instead of just mine being unsalted. The fries came soggy and floppy from the drive through widow. I didn’t want to deal with the rude manager anyways so we just went home instead of pulling back around. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The management was unpleasant and even threatened to "ban" customers when they mentioned considering another location. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism at a Helena restaurant, even if it is a McDonald’s. I would recommend going elsewhere; you'll likely receive much better service. I won't be returning to this place unless there's a change in management and professionalism. Since the manager mentioned, "it's her McDonald’s and this is how she feeds her kids," I'd prefer to patronize a restaurant that doesn't involve children in business matters. This McDonald?s is terrible the staff is very rude and respectful and I ordered 2 special coffees and wait 30 minutes at least definitely not recommend. Please rent people who have grown up and from the kindergarten this is ridiculous. Also highly recommend Nathaniel nice guy. Really polite when it comes to order.

That's BY FAR was the worst Mcdonald's iv. I and my friend went and got a few things for breakfast a mocha wrap and a chocolate wrap. It took at least 30 MIN. Please consider finding employees who want to work and don't just let your food sit somewhere. possibly people from PRE-K.
I ordered a chicken nugget combo for lunch today, and I was impressed with how quickly the line moved at the drive-thru. The food was served piping hot and freshly cooked. The two young ladies at the drive-thru were efficient and friendly. Great job!
what a joke. You don't get what you pay for. Get some slightly intelligent people to work there. I've eaten here 2 times in maybe 6 months. they are stealing your money when you buy larger sizes.Burger was ice cold after waiting 10-12 mins.
Simple order, 1-large coffee with cream and 6 sugars and ended up with no sugar. Everything was stipulated on the receipt which was handed to me by the manager that prepared my order. ???
